WLCP, Inc. is a 501(C)(3) non profit organization based out of Southwest Virginia. Established in 2020, our mission is simple: To implement and improve community events and involvement throughout Western Lee County. This organization also oversees the decorating throughout the town of Rose Hill, VA throughout the Christmas Holiday season as well as conducting the annual Western Lee County Christmas Parade which is held on the first Saturday in December. WLCP is grateful for the continued support of its operations from generous donations provided by local businesses and private citizens.
