WLCP, Inc. is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization located in Southwest Virginia. Established in 2020, our mission is to enhance community engagement and foster local involvement throughout Western Lee County. We are dedicated to organizing and improving community events that bring residents and visitors together.

WLCP also manages the annual holiday decorations in Rose Hill, VA, creating a festive atmosphere during the Christmas season. Our flagship events include:

Western Lee County Car, Truck & Bike Show – First Saturday in July

Jared Glass, Founder & CEO | Chairman

Jared Glass is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of WLCP, Inc., and has proudly served as Chairman of the Board of Directors since the organization’s founding in 2020. His unwavering commitment to community development and improvement drives the strategic vision of WLCP, as he continually introduces innovative ideas aimed at enhancing the growth and prosperity of Western Lee County.

In addition to his leadership role, Jared has dedicated two decades of service as an Emergency Medical Technician & is employed by the United States Department of Justice, reflecting his deep commitment to public safety & helping others. A native of Rose Hill, Virginia, Jared is passionate about fostering sustainable growth that will benefit future generations in his hometown and surrounding communities.

Currently residing in Big Stone Gap, VA, with his wife, Ashley, and their children, Mia and Bennett, Jared remains steadfast in his mission to serve both his community and the broader.

Sally Chadwell, Vice President | Scholarship Administrator

Sally Chadwell, co-founder of WLCP, Inc., currently serves as Vice President of the Board of Directors, where she plays a pivotal role in coordinating and overseeing various administrative functions within the organization. A retired K-12 educator, Sally brings extensive experience to the organization, particularly in executive board leadership, with a strong focus on fundraising and charitable initiatives.

In addition to her work with WLCP, Sally remains an active member of the Lincoln Memorial University Alumni Association and is involved in numerous community service and civic organizations, further underscoring her commitment to service and philanthropy.

Sally and her husband, Craig, reside in Ewing, VA. Her ongoing support, guidance, and dedication make her an invaluable asset to WLCP, and we are deeply grateful for her continued contributions to both the organization and the community.

Steven Tiller, Jr., Executive Secretary & Treasurer

Steven Tiller, Jr. joined WLCP, Inc. in 2024 and currently serves as the Executive Secretary and Treasurer for the Board of Directors. With a strong sense of service, Steven plays an instrumental role in event planning and coordination, contributing significantly to the organization’s operational success.

In addition to his leadership with WLCP, Steven has dedicated over a decade to serving his community as an Emergency Medical Technician. He also holds the position of Club President for Revolution Kentucky, a distinguished car and mini truck show based in Middlesboro, KY.

Steven and his wife, Brittney, along with their children, reside in Ewing, VA. His dedication, both to WLCP and his broader community, is invaluable, and we greatly appreciate his continued contributions to the organization.

Johnathan Glass

John Glass, Director

John Glass has been a dedicated member of the WLCP, Inc. Board of Directors since its inaugural year, contributing invaluable expertise and insights to the organization. With over 40 years of experience as a successful business owner, John is known for his diverse skill set and versatility, earning a reputation as a "Jack of all Trades."

Beyond his business acumen, John has demonstrated unwavering commitment to his community through more than three decades of service as an active member and Commanding Officer with the Thomas Walker Volunteer Fire Department. His long-standing dedication to both the fire service and the community highlights his exceptional service ethic.

John and his wife, Rosetta, reside in Rose Hill, VA, where they have raised four children. His ongoing contributions to WLCP and his community are deeply appreciated.

Charles "Craig" Chadwell, Director

Craig Chadwell is a retired coal miner hailing from the scenic hills of Southwest Virginia, though he remains anything but "retired." He continues to serve his community with unwavering dedication, particularly through his extensive involvement in Thomas Walker sports, where he fulfills a variety of roles. Whether on the sports field or tending to his farm, Craig is a consistent and active presence. In 2023, Craig was invited to join the WLCP Board of Directors, and since then, he has become a committed and valued member of the organization. Known for his readiness to respond to any need, Craig exemplifies a true spirit of service. He resides in Ewing, VA, with his wife, Sally.
