Jared Glass, President

Serving as CEO, Jared Glass is the Founder of WLCP, Inc. and has served as Chairman to the Board of Directors since establishment of the organization in 2020. His dedication to the community is unmatched and he continues to present new ideas for community growth and improvement every day. Jared has also served the community for 2 decades as an Emergency Medical Technician and enjoys helping others. Born and raised in Rose Hill, he thrives to see his home town flourish for the future generations of Western Lee County. Jared currently resides in Big Stone Gap, VA with his wife, Ashley and children Mia & Bennett. We are grateful for Mr. Glass and his family's dedication to this organization and the Western Lee County community.

Sally Chadwell, Vice President

Sally Chadwell, co-founder of WLCP, Inc. serves as Vice President to the Board of Directors, assisting and coordinating the organization with many administrative tasks. Sally is a retired K-12 educator with many years experience serving on executive boards with a focus on fundraising and charity. She is also an active member of the Lincoln Memorial University Alumni Association as well as several other community service and civic organizations. Sally resides in Ewing, VA with her husband, Craig. Miss Chadwell is certainly an asset to WLCP and we are greatful for her continued support, guidance, dedication, and contributions.

Steven Tiller, Treasurer

Steven Tiller, Jr. joined our organization in 2024 and currently serves as the executive Secretary & Treasurer for the Board of Directors. Steven has a servant's heart and assists in many aspects of event planning and coordination. Mr. Tiller has also served the community as an Emergency Medical Technician for over a decade and also serves as the Club President of Revolution Kentucky, an unmatched Car/Mini Truck show based in Middlesboro, Ky. Steven resides in Ewing, VA with his wife, Brittney and their children.

John Glass

Beginning his devoted service to WLCP, Inc. during it's inaugural year; John Glass is a valued member of the Board of Directors and brings a wealth of knowledge to our table. John is a 40+ year, successful business owner and is a "Jack of all Trades!" Mr. Glass has been an active member and Commanding Officer with the Thomas Walker Volunteer Fire Department for 30+ years and his dedication to the community is notable. John and his wife, Rosetta reside in Rose Hill, VA and they have raised 4 children.

Charles "Craig" Chadwell

Craig Chadwell is a retired Coal Miner from the rolling hills of Southwest Virginia but he is far from "retired." Craig continues to support his community daily, devoting his time to Thomas Walker sports in many different roles. Typically, you can find him either on a ball court/field, or on "the farm." Craig was asked to join the WLCP Board of Directors in 2023 and has became a dedicated member of this organization. He really is a "come running at the drop of a hat" kind of man and we greatly appreciate his dedication. Craig resides in Ewing, VA with his wife Sally.
